As a company, we take responsibility for the people we work with, the environment in which we operate, and the social environment we shape.

 

Corporate strategy

The management of the Hanomag Lohnhärterei Group declares its responsibility for the initiation and implementation of a coordinated corporate policy.

This declaration relates to the management systems according to:
·     IATF 16949:2016 and DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 for quality management,
·     DIN EN ISO 14001: 2015 for environmental management,
·     DIN EN ISO 50001:2011 for energy management and
·     ISO 26000:2011 for social responsibility
 

In order to maintain these systems, we plan and provide the required human resources, the necessary investment and operating costs as well as appropriate training.
With this combination of planning, control and improvement, we guarantee our customers that we carry out our core competency - the heat treatment of metallic materials - qualitatively legitimately, in a safe working environment, whilst conserving resources.  
In the interests of our customers, suppliers and employees, we set quality, environmental, and energy targets that enable us to meet today's and tomorrow's requirements in all these areas.
By minimising risk and taking advantage of opportunities, we continuously reduce errors, our environmental impact and resource consumption. We want to reduce risks for the company and convince customers of our competency in the area of heat treatment of steel and aluminium materials.
