It goes without saying that heat treatment processes require a lot of energy. Each waste of energy results in significant costs. This is money that we at Hanomag Heat Treatment Group cannot use for our employees, for improvement of our plant engineering or for our infrastructure. For this reason, since 2013 we have set up a company-wide energy management system that enables us to follow our consumption, identify individual consumers, determine peaks in consumption and to minimise energy waste.
Thus, we not only meet all energy-relevant statutory and official specifications, but we are also developing additional measures on our own initiative and sense of responsibility for protecting the environment and reducing energy waste.
All employees at the Hanomag Heat Treatment Group are involved in energy management and its implementation and are urged to participate actively in continuous improvement of our energy-related performance.
