As part of a nationwide action programme, “Girls’ Day” has been held annually in Germany since 2001. In many federal states, this day has been organised as “Girls’ Day”, and for several years now also as “Boys’ Day”, to give girls and boys a better understanding of a wide variety of jobs that they might not have considered when thinking about their own careers.
Lower Saxony has opted to hold this career orientation day as a “Future Day for Girls and Boys”.
We at Hanomag Heat Treatment Group think this is an excellent idea and are glad to offer young people the opportunity to view our operations from the inside, and perhaps to discover a passion for precision technology.
The Future Day takes place every year at the end of March/beginning of April.
