Last week, from Wednesday to Thursday, HTU Härtetechnik Uhldingen-Mühlhofen GmbH was represented at the Career Information Fair as well as the Training & Career Expo. The event brought together numerous companies and attracted several thousand visitors.

A particularly positive highlight was the strong commitment of our apprentices Antonio and Efe, who at times managed the booth independently and introduced interested young people to our apprenticeship professions. Many very positive discussions took place, some of them already technically in-depth. They were supported by trainer Alexander, who complemented the exchange and answered more advanced questions.

Events like these provide a valuable platform to engage with potential young professionals at an early stage and to offer insights into technical apprenticeships. We are looking forward to the results that will emerge in the coming days and weeks and would like to sincerely thank all colleagues who represented our site with great dedication.
